Magnesium Hydroxide are magnesium hydroxide produced by chemical synthesis, with high purity and uniform particle size distribution. At the same time, they have excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression functions. They are an excellent choice for manufacturing green halogen-free and environment-friendly flame retardant materials. The thermal decomposition of the product can absorb a large amount of heat on surface of combustor and release a large amount of water to dilute oxygen. The Magnesium Oxide generated after decomposion is attached to surface of combustor to further isolate the transfer of oxygen and heat, so as to prevent combustion. Compared with aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide has the advantages of high decomposition and absorption heat, good thermal stability and low relative hardness.

● High purity magnesium hydroxide can be directly used as a terminal product for flame retardants in plastic products and synthetic resins.
● Magnesium hydroxide is a high-quality raw material for high-end magnesium oxide products such as pharmaceutical grade magnesium oxide, Food Grade Magnesium Oxide, and silicon steel grade magnesium oxide
● It can be widely used in EVA, PP, PVC, PS, HIPS, ABS plastics, as well as unsaturated polyester, paint and coatings, and is an excellent flame retardant and filler.
● It can be used in magnesium salt manufacturing, insulation materials, wires and cables, conveyor belts, air ducts, electrical equipment, sugar making, medicine, tooth powder, fiberglass, and paint, and is an environmentally friendly flame retardant and filler.
● Used as a stomach acid control agent and laxative in medicine;
● In the field of food additives: used as mineral supplements, color protectants, desiccants, alkalis, and sugar refining aids.
● Used as a pH regulator for plastics and resins in the production of hydrotalcite;
